"lcebox Cafe’s lemon ricotta flat cake has been a hit since 2015, when the restaurant’s owner Robert Siegmann began interlaying scoops of batter with ricotta and lemon zest for texture and brightness. The end product is a pancake that is fluffy in the middle and crispy on the edges, made even better with a side of whipped cream and cream cheese blend and crispy applewood smoked bacon.
