Hoodoo Ice Cream Will Open in Covington Very Soon | Eater New Orleans

"Billy Sussky and George Schenck are opening Hoodoo ice cream shop, which will bring Creole cream cheese ice cream and other flavors to 405 North Columbia Street in historic downtown Covington this month. Sussky says the Creole cream cheese flavor was inspired by his grandfather, and he has been selling it at the Covington Farmers Market over the past year. Other Hoodoo flavors to be excited about include orange nib (a little like mint chocolate chip, but with orange), cream corn and berry, and strawberry Creole cheesecake." - Stephanie Carter
