"The expansion-minded brand that lets diners curate their own steaming creations is headed to Fairfax’s Mosaic District this fall. The new 2,000-square-foot restaurant is shooting to open in the next two months next to BGR The Burger Joint. It will have seating for up to 65 guests. Little Dipper, which has two locations in Falls Church, Va. and Rockville, Md., offers gyoza and fried spring rolls to start, followed by a diverse lineup of $13.99 hot pot options. The communal eating experience features eight kinds of 'dippers' — including tomato, miso, curry, and veggie broth flavors — each accompanied by a long list of ingredients like cabbage and mushrooms.
