"Opened just a few weeks earlier, the restaurant in Town Square on the Las Vegas Strip was set aflame on the eve of its grand opening on Wednesday, November 6 when a wayward fire pit in the patio area ignited part of the venue; according to a representative for the restaurant, a "defective" pit caused the fire, which resulted in minor damage. Firefighters extinguished the flames and the restaurant reopened the same evening, and video shows flames visible at the front of the restaurant. The Vegas location occupies more than 10,000 square feet at the outdoor shopping area on Las Vegas Boulevard. The Vegas outpost follows an earlier Huntington Beach location and is described as an upscale restaurant serving a selection of ceviche, seafood enchiladas, and a Sunday morning brunch buffet. It is the latest addition to Mark Wahlberg’s Las Vegas portfolio, which also includes his fast-casual Wahlburgers restaurant and the nearly $2 billion movie studio he’s working on." - Janna Karel
