For a more immersive stay, beehive-shaped Scandi-style cabins and treehouses sit in the woods as self-contained boltholes—complete with kitchenettes, chic living areas, outdoor tubs (and indoor showers for the modest)—perfect for recluses or romantic weekenders. Dining is seasonal, elevated British pub fare with a European tilt (local steaks, gourmet burgers, chicken and famously indulgent triple-cooked chips) served beneath a glass terrace dotted with plants and candles.
