"7 Floor Malaysia Tea Room is tucked away inside a small Holborn food hall, where you’ll hear Egyptian music blasting from its shawarma-flinging neighbour and office-goers slurp on laksa while scrolling through TikTok. This Malaysian stall at the end of the corridor-like room is all about comfort food. Doughy cheung fun is doused in a sweet sauce, although the rice noodle roll itself is a little bland. And the chunks of beef in the rendang can be nice and tender or have a little bit too much of a chew to them. All in all, a meal in this small food hall is good if you’re looking for a hearty lunch around Holborn—the prawn mee soup will do wonders for a blocked nose. photo credit: Rianne Shlebak photo credit: Rianne Shlebak" - Rianne Shlebak
