"According to K Pasa’s neon sign, this taqueria is home to the best tacos in Koreatown. That’s a bold sign making a bold statement, but we see a post-bar reality where that could be true. If it’s late, you’ve had a few drinks, and want something fried, saucy, and loaded with cheese, this birria spot is the answer to your prayers. Even if you’re not a few rounds deep, though, K Pasa’s beef birria is solid: the meat is moist with well-seasoned consommé and the salsas have a nice bite. Skip the tacos and order K Pasa’s fried specialties instead, like quesabirria taquitos with crema and cotija, and a crispy vampiro with birria and cheese glued to the tostada." - Sylvio Martins
