"Trust the name of this place: Soi Thai is where you should go for excellent Thai street food. We’re talking spicy papaya salads with real dried shrimp, crispy whole fried chicken wings dusted in a tangy seasoning that’ll make you pucker like a pufferfish, and velvety massaman curry that clings to tender braised beef and potatoes. But because this is Miami (specifically Sweetwater), they also do a fun spin on traditional nuoc cham by combining it with chimichurri. It deserves to be doused on everything.
