"All summer in Sagaponack, this Brooklyn-based food truck is serving a weekly rotating menu of Thai and Indian dishes like duck confit pad thai and short rib biryani. You can order takeout on Friday, Saturday, or Monday night. The dishes offered on Monday will also be served as part of an $85 set menu (plus drinks) at 7pm and 8pm seatings on Tuesday nights on the patio.
