Instead of mass-produced liquors and celebrity brands, they stock small-batch mezcals, tequilas, and other Mexican spirits, like bacanora and raicilla. Good for them, and good for you—becauase that means flights you won’t find at other bars, including pechuga mezcals (distilled with raw poultry), or uncertified spirits that don’t fall into any recognizable category.
