It’s one of the most ambitious restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, perched at the edge of Zona Romántica, with a breezy patio overlooking an island full of cats that may or may not be judging your wine order. The menu spotlights regional ingredients like tamales topped with green mole and chicatana ants, or fried shrimp heads stuffed with chicharrónes, mashed potatoes, and aguachile—a crunchy seafood grenade you’ll wish came with refills.
