"Café des Artistes combines French and Mexican food, and it’s been one of the top restaurants in Vallarta for a long time. The best option is the six-course tasting menu, where you’ll get served things like white fish with butter and chipotle, and the wildly delicious foie gras crème bruleé. But the a la carte options are good too—some highlights include roasted sea bass, the suckling lamb, and the dark chocolate taco.
