"Skizzo is fire. Literally. Everything at this hotspot, from the people behind Da Noi, gets kissed by the wood-fired oven, from flatbreads to oysters and beetroot carpaccio, yet there are no firefighters in sight. Tucked into a quiet corner of Lapa, this place ticks all the boxes of “how to open a hip restaurant in 2025”: small plates, vinyl DJ sets, a grumpy bartender, natural wine, uncomfortable chairs, and reservations in a big black book. Start with the flatbread topped with arugula, pesto, and stracciatella, or the roasted peppers stacked with chimichurri and anchovies.
