"Apparently, one new Japanese pasta spot isn’t enough because here’s another one, and this time in Redondo Beach. They too have a lineup of more traditional Italian pasta, but the focus here is wafu pasta, which means you’ll find ingredients like shiso, mentaiko, and Japonica soy sauce, and seafood pasta options with anchovy and salmon.
