"We can sum up the reason to come to Naz Roti in one word: oxtail. This small restaurant just outside Miami Gardens in Miramar is the only Trinidadian spot around Miami that serves it. The delicious meat is slowly stewed in a savory brown sauce and ready to be torn apart and folded into a roti. Your other protein options include chicken, beef, goat, and shrimp available as rice plates or wrapped in roti. They also have some generously filled doubles, but if you’re just ordering for one, we’d go with the oxtail and a buss up shut, which is essentially a roti that they bash while still on the griddle.
