"This little restaurant near North Miami is quite easy to spot thanks to an exterior that sports the unmistakable green and yellow of the Jamaican flag. The jerk chicken is consistently one of our favorites in town—with a dark brown exterior rubbed in clumps of spice. The oxtail is also tender enough to dislodge from the bone with a small wiggle.
