"After a few hours of wine-tasting your way around Woodinville, it’s nice to end up at a spot where you can eat something more substantial than nibbles of cheese and oyster crackers. That’s where The Lounge comes in, which is a restaurant and tasting room operated by Delille Cellars. The executive-level nachos, topped with cipollini balsamic bechamel, fontina, lime creme fraiche, and charred shishito peppers, sounds like a bit much, but it’s the only dish worth the trip here—especially if you add on their tender smoked brisket.
