"Run by a crew of longtime locals, Après Cafe is the exception to East Vail’s reputation as a dining desert. Located in the Vail Racquet Club, the restaurant is a great option for families and large groups (when the rest of Vail is too full to fit you). The space has tall ceilings, picture windows facing the Gore Range, and shareable starters.
