"As the only proper seafood joint off Main Street in Fredericksburg, Martini’s Seafood House is where to go when you’re willing to drop a little cash. Despite being a smaller old-school establishment with black-and-white photographs, stained wooden paneling, and pressed-tinplate ceiling tiles, Martini’s service and quality rival those of modern high-dollar seafood restaurants in Texas’ larger cities. The stripped-down yacht club vibe perfectly complements the brine of the oysters and lemon-spritzed crab and lobster. Martini’s novelty guarantees a wait, though a spot at the bar is just as charming.
