"Miami’s big hot subs start tasting the same when you’ve had as many as we have. But true to its name, this little spot in Kendall is the best old-school sub shop in Miami. What separates it from the rest is how well they sear the meat in these extra saucy sandwiches, giving it time to char up on the grill. We like the honey mustard chicken, which gets a healthy downpour of honey mustard while it’s still on the flat top. They have a couple of picnic tables where you can eat outside, but these subs taste just as good at home after an hour of traffic. The family-run restaurant has been around for almost 50 years and employs talented teenagers who make assembling our favorite subs in the city look easy. video credit: Virginia Otazo video credit: Virginia Otazo video credit: Virginia Otazo video credit: Virginia Otazo Pause Unmute" - Virginia Otazo
