This bright red food truck loads up brioche buns with a perfectly charred patty, fried egg, bacon, hash brown, chipotle-honey sauce, and onions. Get that, along with the chicken and waffles—they pack a sweet heat, thanks to peach puree over an ancho chile syrup. For anyone looking for something lighter, we like the sumac shredded chicken wrap in naan.
