"If you had one too many at Lady Slipper, wake up and go eat Bentonville’s best burger on a rope swing bench. This bright red food truck loads up brioche buns with a perfectly charred patty, fried egg, bacon, hash brown, chipotle-honey sauce, and onions. Get that, along with the chicken and waffles—they pack a sweet heat, thanks to peach puree over an ancho chile syrup. For anyone looking for something lighter, we like the sumac shredded chicken wrap in naan. The Fire Truck also serves great natural sodas in flavors like blackberry elderflower and cherry fresca, but if you need some hair of the dog, head to The HUB Bike Lounge or Pedaler’s Pub across the street." - Ryan Bernsten
