"Elia is more Mykonos than restaurant-across-from-Wells-Fargo, with its all whitewashed walls, sleek tables, and abundant greenery. Automatically start with just-baked bread and grassy olive oil with crushed kalamata olives while you peruse the menu. Make it easy and get the slightly sweet roasted eggplant dip with flecks of roasted red peppers, the avgolemono soup, and the beef and lamb kefthedes, with tomato sauce and tzatziki that’s hearty without being heavy.
