You’ll get small plates like the beautifully layered Crudo That Wants To Be Ceviche, where citrus and slices of fish are topped with seagrass and roe. The pinnacle of dinner is corundas, an iconic Michoacán dish of marigold-studded tamal sacred to the indigenous Purepecha people.
