"Harmony Brazilian Steakhouse is one of Mammoth's newest restaurants, and the warm open space centered around a massive indoor fire pit makes it ideal for a post-slopes group dinner. Order the Harmony Experience (preferably with a caipirinha) and watch as an endless array of churrasco-style meats including beef picanha and chicken thighs are carved tableside. Come during Happy Hour and try the Illicit Affair, made with vodka, a mix of orange and cranberry juices, and orange bitters.
