"This Italian restaurant and grocery is where you’ll find the best pasta in Chelan. They come in shapes like thick radiatori and campanelle, and come dressed in simple but tasty vodka sauce or pesto with burrata and chile oil. There’s limited space inside—most of it dedicated to cheese, fancy olive oil, and other provisions—but a handful of wooden tables outside make for a nice casual dinner when the temperatures aren’t in the triple digits." - Carlo Mantuano
