Jollof Pot - Review - Miramar - Miami - The Infatuation

"Like the name implies, Jollof Pot is a restaurant in Miramar that’s really good at jollof rice. It’s spicy with a gorgeous deep orange color that should make all plain white rice a little jealous. The steam counter works great for a quick sit-down lunch or takeout. Even if you decide to eat here, their mountainous portions will force you to leave with a takeout container anyway. Our favorite platter is the one with roast chicken, sweet plantains, and jollof rice. The chicken is juicy with a flavorful, crackly skin. But nothing can compete with that rice. They also make a hearty egusi soup with beef, goat, and turkey.
