"Summit Diner is one of the best diners in New Jersey. In other words, when you’re interested in sitting in a swivel chair, perusing an excessively long menu while sipping a mug of coffee, and ordering a huge portion of breakfast or lunch food before sticking a knife into a ketchup bottle, it’s one of the best options on earth.
