"There are probably more passports with Monaco stamps inside The Gambit Bar than anywhere else in Vail Village. This lounge in The Sebastian hotel is all dark wood, emerald green, and chandeliers with the sort of low light that make everyone look rich. Come here for a chic après-ski experience and try the La Mamba Old Fashioned 21 with tequila and mezcal, bay leaf-piloncillo syrup, and mole bitters.
