(Except at Saltbreaker, there are free soft drink refills, a dying art in the city.) You’re here for a capital O occasion or a nicer-than-average date night, where you’ll sip on cocktails with infused liquor, order appetizers that are called “littles,” and admire the abundance of dangling lights and funky geometric tiles.
