"This spot directly across from 21c has big windows showing off the surrounding zen garden and memorable sushi. If you see the unagi topped with quail egg on the menu, spring for it. But our favorite thing is the “chef’s choice” roll—a personalized “tell me my essence in a sushi roll” experience in which you'll get to inspire the chef. We once told them we like spicy food and were craving tuna, and we ended up with tongue-searing spicy tuna roll topped with fresh yellowtail.
