"If Waltz knew that we once mixed ginger ale with vodka and called it a ‘Dark and Desperate’, they probably wouldn’t let us inside this sanctuary of reverential cocktail creation again. There’s a dramatic 12-seat wooden bar at the Japanese-inspired spot, a navy, abstract birdscape wrapping around the room, and a line-up of glassware that we’ll covet until we eventually marry into the Baccarat empire.
