"This spot is proof that less really is more–from the white and cream color-scheme and low-key décor, to the petite size of the space that holds only a counter and a few tables.  The short menu changes depending on the season and ingredient availability, but you’ll want to try the little gem caesar salad, with a dressing made with fish sauce instead of the usual anchovies, crunchy garlicky breadcrumbs, and a mountain of parmesan. As for raw fish, Cured’s hamachi crudo is served with a spicy housemade chili crisp that you'll want a never-ending supply of, and their uni toast on ube milk bread has a layer of vibrant green garlic confit that balances the briny, buttery sea urchin just right." - Gabi Moskowitz
