The boutique hotel is reopening this summer with the help of the team who brought American Cut to NYC, and everything from the rooms to the restaurant has been updated to make eating here feel like a trip to the Amalfi Coast. The food here sticks to the fancy Italian summer cottage theming, featuring lots of seafood and cocktails. They even have what they’re calling an apertivio hour in the garden.
