"Marisma is home to some of the best fish tacos in Puerto Vallarta, and is worth the inevitable line that forms outside of this taco truck on the outskirts of Zona Romántica. It’s been around for a while, but a couple of viral YouTube videos turned it into a minor sensation—so don’t be surprised if there’s a crowd, especially on weekends. It moves fast. Everyone’s here to try the same fish tacos. Each table is stocked with bowls of pico de gallo, red and green salsa, and a sweet-spicy chile and onion compote you’ll want to eat with a spoon.
