Chang Thai started out as a food truck, and their massive popularity led to a brick-and-mortar spot where they also do a ton of takeout. If you like your noodles spicy, their pad kee mao hits the spot with a balance of heat and smoke. The chef takes their spice levels seriously, so order accordingly.
