After a relaxed aperitif on the comfortable couch stationed beneath an originally designed chandelier made up of musical instruments, you can look forward to a creative surprise menu composed of four to seven courses, which is prepared in the open kitchen by Florian Neubauer's dedicated team. You will be handed a menu listing some of the main ingredients of the evening – it's up to you to just choose the number of courses!
