"The Singapore outpost of one-Michelin-starred Kam’s Roast Goose (Hong Kong) is opening its first airport outlet, with the signature roast duck (weighing up to 3kg) packaged for travel—wrapped in parchment paper and cling film, boxed, and allowed as a hand-carried item that can be checked in. Cured sausages and buns also come in travel-friendly packaging.
