"The motto here is "100% Swabian". All the ingredients come from Württemberg, and the menu is entirely dedicated to regional cuisine. If you are ordering à la carte, you pick your main dish by its key ingredient (beef, game, freshwater fish…) and it comes served on a special ash wood tiered platter that was custom-made for the restaurant. Alternatively, you can opt for the "Fein-Wild-Dining" set menu, which changes every season and exclusively features game. The glass-paned wall into the kitchen provides interesting glimpses behind the scenes, plus the service is really friendly. There is a cookery school in the vaults.
