Translucent organza curtains in shimmering gold and warm tones create an intimate atmosphere and promote a feeling of tranquillity. Seated on plush velvet-upholstered armchairs at exquisitely set tables, diners enjoy attentive and competent service provided by a well-coordinated team. Chef Peter Hagen-Wiest presents two eight-course set menus: "Around the World" and "Green Forest" (vegetarian). Both reflect his cosmopolitan outlook and, at the same time, his ties to the region. Rather unspectacular-sounding dishes such as "char, barley, bacon" or "Breton red mullet, foie gras, lemon" belie a complexity of flavors and a delicate balance rarely encountered.
