"Set in the centre of this Black Forest village, this attractive restaurant dating back to 1748 is popular for its robust cuisine with classic foundations and plenty of flavour – the sauces are also fantastic! This is all testament to the skill of owner Thomas Zimmermann, who uses select ingredients in his dishes.
