"A sleek tower on a tree-lined boulevard in Wan Chai, the Emperor Hotel offers visitors to the north of Hong Kong Island an impeccably stylish introduction to this vibrant city. Aesthetically it’s a collaboration between the Turkish design firm Autoban and the French botanist Patrick Blanc; the style in the rooms and suites is a sophisticated one, mixing industrial edge with organic warmth, and studiously avoiding design-hotel clichés.
