The concept focuses on infusing cereals like Fruity Pebbles and Cinnamon Toast Crunch into ice cream using a custom-built “aeronautic-grade” blender to produce deeper, more intense flavor; owners Nico Nguyen and Karmen Lau say they wanted to capture the nostalgic joy of cereal in a modern, energetic atmosphere.
