Ruby Sunshine’s New Orleans-Inspired All-Day Brunch Lands in Franklin | Eater Nashville

"I learned that New Orleans–based Ruby Sunshine has begun serving all-day brunch in downtown Franklin, offering 'Big Easy' twists on Southern brunch classics—from benedicts, pancakes, and French toast to standout dishes like BBQ shrimp and grits, eggs cochon benedict, and bananas foster pain perdu. Morning cocktails range from brandy milk punch and a.m. margaritas to mimosas and their award-winning bloody marys. Located on the ground floor of the newly opened 231 Public Square building, the 4,300-square-foot restaurant features a mix of bar, booth, and table seating plus a semi-private event space and outdoor area.
