"Known for its plant-based dishes, Danville’s Blossom & Root will host married chefs Sally and Marius Kamber for a three-day “Alpine chalet” pop-up from Wednesday, January 3 through Friday, January 5; Sally Kamber (a Danville native) and Marius Kamber will cook dishes melding Alpine traditions with local California ingredients in a mix-and-match format featuring four plates for $34 or $42 per person, with service on January 3 and 4 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. and on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and reservations recommended via the Blossom & Root website." - Dianne de Guzman
