"After more than eight months of anticipation, I saw that DeLille Cellars — a well-regarded winery founded in 1992 and known for Bordeaux-style blends, particularly its signature D2 — recently unveiled a sparkling new facility in Woodinville’s Hollywood Station building. The winery will hold a special ticketed preview next weekend and opens to the public for tastings on December 6; an online reservation system to secure seats and book tastings will go live shortly before opening. This is the first time DeLille has had production and retail under one roof since 1998; the new 30,000-square-foot space (at the former home of Redhook Brewery) includes a three-story retail tower, a main public level with a bright lounge furnished with vintage pieces and a gold mural near the taproom’s wine bar, plus an outdoor patio. Upper floors are reserved for wine club members and guests, with event space and a rooftop deck offering views of Mount Rainier, and the winery plans to host comparative wine tastings, cheese pairings, and live music to draw both longtime fans and newcomers." - Gabe Guarente
