"Known as a DFW spicy seafood favorite, this New Orleans–style crawfish restaurant will open its newest location at 4950 Belt Line Road, Suite 190A, Addison, debuting on August 3. The concept, which started in 2013 in a Plano grocery-store food court and expanded into a chain with a Richardson outpost opened in 2015 by owners Vu and Khanh Tran, brings Cajun staples such as spicy shrimp and crawfish, crawfish etouffee, jambalaya, lobster gumbo, and red beans and rice. The new spot will feature seven frozen daiquiri machines pouring boozy slushies in flavors like watermelon, mango, and a “blueBrees” flavor named for New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
