The Future Home of Texas Roadhouse Lands New Neighbors - Eater Vegas
"Texas Roadhouse started work to create its first Las Vegas expansion. The built-from-scratch Texas Roadhouse will fill 7,163 square feet and follow the interior and exterior design familiar to fans of its 450 previous locations. Flying both an American and Texas state flag outside, inside will be large enough to host 273 guests at either tables, or booth seating and include a 'U' shaped bar in the middle of the restaurant. Famed for delivering a free bucket of shelled peanuts and house-made bread with cinnamon butter to each table, the roadhouse brand serves steaks, 'country dinners,' and seafood dishes, with staff occasionally breaking into impromptu line-dances to entertain diners. Opening hours are expected to be 4 to 10 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m on the weekend, closing at 10 p.m. on Sunday." - Bradley Martin
