"A new barbecue restaurant slated for 5500 Greenville Avenue will take over the former Bonchon/DiMassi’s space, featuring a full bar and outdoor smokers on a tree-lined patio that will host live music. The concept centers on Texas post-oak–smoked brisket and Central-Texas–style smoked meats, with elevated sides, pastrami, salads and desserts crafted by an in-house pastry chef (pies, seasonal cobblers, bread pudding); radio personalities Allen and Kellie Rasberry-Evans helped develop a signature pulled-pork sandwich and plan to record a podcast from the restaurant." - Tierney Plumb
