"Coronado’s Primavera Ristorante will feature a prix fixe brunch menu, available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The three-course brunch menu, priced at $56.95 per person includes: salmon bruschetta, smoked salmon with red onions, capers and herb crème fraiche; lobster eggs benedict, ciabatta bread topped with poached eggs, cold water lobster tail, baby arugula and Hollandaise sauce; salsiccia e pepperoni fritta, Italian baked omelet with sausage, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, provolone cheese and Bufala mozzarella, served with fresh fruit; cheesecake al cioccolato bianco with a chocolate cookie crust, fresh raspberry cream cheese filling and chocolate glaze; and more.
