"I watched Chiko grow from its Barracks Row debut in 2017—the first of several successful restaurants (Anju, I Egg You) from chefs Scott Drewno and Danny Lee’s The Fried Rice Collective—into five fast-casual locations across D.C., Virginia, Maryland, and California, and now its first full-service outpost is set to open: a 3,000-square-foot Sterling space opening in mid-November that features a full bar and patio.
